Bollywood siren Priyanka Chopra has been on a promotional blitz in the West touting her burgeoning music career and brand ambassadorship of GUESS.
Now, the PC bandwagon is set to arrive in London.
The former Miss World and ‘Barfi!’ will make an appearance at the GUESS store on London’s Regent Street on Monday, 20 January, for a special meet and greet with her legions of British fans.
Chopra, 31, will also use the occasion to provide fans an exclusive sneak preview of her latest single “I Can’t Make You Love Me”, follow up to last year’s first two releases from her debut album “In My City” and “Exotic” that featured megastars Will.i.am and Pitbull respectively.
The first 200 fans to show up at the store will receive a free remix download of ‘In My City’, a song which Chopra revealed was inspired by her unsettled childhood in smalltown Bihar.
Chopra has certainly come a long way from her hometown in Jamshedpur.
In a sign of her cross-over appeal, the actress was signed up by chic fashion label GUESS for its 2013 Holiday advertising campaign and was photographed by multi-platinum selling recording artist turned award-winning photographer Bryan Adams.
Also in 2013 Chopra became the first Bollywood celeb to be signed by the venerable Hollywood talent house the Creative Artists Agency.
Chopra will be at the GUESS store at 160 Regent Street, London W1B 5SP on Monday 20 January from 5.00 – 6.00 pm.
