Sahara One is now free to air

Sahara One, one of India’s biggest entertainment channels has become free-to-air, offering fans of everything from popular day time soaps to lifestyle programming the chance to catch up on their favourite program for free.

The channel is now available on channel 817 on BSkyB and is packed full of local and international music, movies, events and culture.  

From hit primetime soaps such as Jhilmil Sitaron Ka Aangan Hoga and Rishton Ke Bhawar Mein Uljhi Niyati, brand new community news and event programs such as London Vibes; covering everything from star-studded events to local affairs, Sunday Bollywood classics and box office blockbusters, melodic programs like Dhoom and Golden Memories which cater to musical stylings for every age, Bollywood Buzz; bringing you the what’s what straight from Tinseltown, sports, and children’s shows to religious and spiritually enlightening programming such as morning yoga, Art of Living, and BAPS Swaminarayan, Sahara One is your one stop shop for all things lifestyle and entertainment.

Quite apart from content from India, the channel will also offer various programming from the United States, providing a glimpse into the life of the South Asian Diaspora community in north America.  

Sahara One is now available free-to-air on Sky channel 817.
