A 43-year-old man from Scotland is celebrating today after being fitted with a “bionic” penis.
Mohammad Abad, who works as a security guard in Edinburgh, lost his penis in a horrific accident when he was just six years old.
Since then he has undergone hundreds of operations to “arm” himself – which is exactly what surgeons from University College London have done.
In a revolutionary new procedure, surgeons used skin and fat from Mr Abad’s arm to mold and attach the new 8-inch penis in a process that took three years.
Best of all, Mr Abad only needs to squeeze his testes which “switches on” his new penis, the shaft of which contains two tubes which fill up using liquid from his stomach, allowing him to get an erection.
Speaking to The Sun, Mr Abad said: “When you want a bit of action you press the “on” button. When you are finished you press another button. It takes seconds.”
The lifelong virgin is certainly optimistic as he said: “Some ladies might want to try it out”.
Mr Abad suffered horrific injuries when he was involved in a road traffic accident near his home when he was a young boy.
His penis and left testicle were destroyed.
